If I could give one star I could. There’s mold in the buildings, broken windows, trash outside on the ground and the landlord doesn’t communicate. The town doesn’t care either. Tenants rights are being highly violated here
Management is horrible, and unprofessional.
The management here is horrible. They don't maintain or improve the grounds or the units themselves. In the winter, they don't plow til mid-day or so, leaving you stuck to shovel yourself out and hope for the best if you're planning to leave before 1 PM. The hallways always give off a horrible odor that tends to permeate into the unit. One of the "managers", a woman, personally attacked me via Social Media when we sought to sublet our apartment (after given permission by another 'manager').
