Love It!! Great central location to many places in Barberton. Also, the office staff does a great job, Staying here is like a home away from home.

Great Location The building and its apartments are well maintained. The location is very convenient meaning it is close to many stores and Portage Lakes is just minutes away a great place for a verity of water activities.

King's Court This place is THE place to live in Barberton. They keep it super clean, staff is super flexible and responsive to all requests.
0 Stars Staff only cares about receiving rent. It takes me months to get anything even small things done. I've dealt with a strong draft in the winter, no came to seal my window until the summer time when bugs and spiders were in getting in. Their customer service is the worst I've had with any apartment I have been in. The value for what rent is is truly not worth it. In the end you'll have lost money on their washing machines, loose sleep because you're getting bit by bugs. (Wolf spiders in our bed 3x in one night) They sp... read more
Austin Lake Apartments Austin Lake Apartments is cozy comfortable place, surrounded by dollar stores, grocery stores, restaurants, bowling alleys, and thrift stores. I consider most of the people around here nice, however there is drama everywhere.
