Wonderful place to live, close to every thing,safe,quiet ,People are great. Highly recommended
I got a very positive impression from office staff .They were very apologetic about the fact that they did not have anything available and said they will call me as soon they had an opening , they were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to try and help me find a place to live,everyone that I encountered was very friendly , From what I could see, the community was very well kept, is close to highways and all the stores are very close , without seeing an apartment this seems to be a good value for the money . I moved to Kings Court and The Terrace a year ago with the intentions of staying only a year but living here feels so much like home that I signed another 12 month lease this community is close to everything, the office staff and technicians are absolute the best ,the units are very clean , and well keep , the utilities are ok my higher gas bill was 86.54 and my electric don t go above \$ 35,,, i recommend this property to all my friends
