My problems started about a year ago when the owners of the property I had lived in for three years (or so) moved the contract over to Kings County Real Estate. I first met Caryn, Property Manager, who met me at the property I once called home by trying to get into the building with a key which she realized did not work. From the minute I met the two people, Caryn and Robin have no problems making their renters know they do not appreciate their business. Phone calls to or from this company are short, impersonal and furthermore demeaning to basic human communication. If you want someone to demean you, just call Kings County Realty Estates, Caryn being the worst of it. Robin herself couldn't be bothered to fix any issues brought up, i.e. electric, black mold, or physical issues pertaining to the properties she is responsible for. This also rel... read more
