They are not helpful at all...They should be shut down..That is the doctor that I'm appointed to see.. I'd rather go to the emergency room at the king's MTN hospital..then go to them I have to have cathers I was getting them by medicad before no problem now i have to have a prescription to get them by mail.. They have stopped because the doctors at this doctor office will not send medicad​ a prescription so I can keep getting them by mail.. As the other reviews state, there is a HUGE problem with the staff in this office. They are extremely unprofessional! After an order was received at this office for blood work, the blood was drawn, and 2 weeks later, they still have not forwarded the results to the ordering doctor's office. They are beyond uncooperative. No one seems to have responsibility or accountability for following through. The ordering physician also called this office and reported back how rude everyone was. Receptionist is very rude! This is my first and last time coming here. Told her I didn't feel good and she asked if I needed to be seen. If I didn't want to be seen I wouldn't have drove all the way up there if I didn't want to be seen. Doesn't seem like they are worried about their patients. I had to wait for almost an hour to be seen.

Every one there is wonderful! You may waite a few minutes to see a doctor but it's well worth it. They are carrying and actually listen to the patients.

Receptionist has zero compassion, rude,and extreme lack of empathy. I found them to be belittling and extremely unaware of the compassion that patients expect when in extreme need of assistance, wouldn't ever go back and certainly will not recomend to anyone, the nurses were the very opposite, kind , extremely helpful, and compassionate, however first people you meet are the receptionest, i never, ever want to deal with them again.
