This will be the first and last time we use Kings Cleaning Service in Roseville. We found the company/service online and decided to go with them after looking at the owner’s bio and reading the great reviews. Our experience(s) were far from good! We had set a day and time for our initial cleaning. Over the weekend (Saturday) we received a text stating that our cleaning was rescheduled from 9am to 12pm. The office staff is very helpful, professional in manner, and willing to work with any scheduling adjustments. They send me the same cleaner so that she knows my preferences.
Gracie has been the best! I come home to a house that actually looks and feels like she touched every corner. She’s great at those fine details that most cleaners miss.
