Beautiful neighborhood. We recommended it regularly. We even reserved a lot with our hard earned $1000. However, we found a larger lot for very good price elsewhere and purchased. We submitted a letter thanking for everything, telling we'd continue to recommend and requesting our money to be returned. Numerous correspondence including of a formal process (certified letters) through the state of TN went completely unacknowledged. Apparently they need the money more than a young hardworking couple.
