I was in the behavioral health unit at Kings Mountain. It had several issues I would say are consistent with BHUs, but all in all, it was better than many. Cindy, Faith, Unek, and Courtney were great nurses who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional level of care. As far as techs go, Jayden went to the extreme to make everyone feel comfortable and help others. Daisy and Nick were also great. Great care.
The absolute worst! There is NOTHING good about this place. If you have an emergency, please don’t go here. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after having to take our daughter 3 times over the past 8 years I can say for sure that we place will not get any better! Emergency doctors do not care. They are not thorough. I see why the ratings are so low. Take my advice and do not take yourself or your loved ones to this hospital if you want proper care.
Chad Hensley still works there is a disgrace. After during further research this guy lied on my medical records after me questioning his credentials as a doctor which he isn't/ he is a NP with minimum skills. I've reported him to Atrium in the pass apparently nothing was done about it. I see a lot of complaints about him. There is no way this guy should be working in an emergency room.
