Have bought a Honda 420 and a Honda pioneer 500 from here. Laklyn (sure I’m spelling her name wrong)is very friendly and helpful. Karen makes the financial part fast and painless. She is very nice and always willing to help you with whatever you need. Her husband (Jim) is the head mechanic there and really knows what he is doing. Took my Honda in for initial service and also wanted a 90 degree valve replaced on tire. The service guy was very negative, told me he would not put a 90 degree valve on for me because it's too much work. When I came back to pick it up, another service guy gave me a hard time about helping load the scooter onto my trailer. Overall, the service department attitude was terrible. I will not be returning to this service department.
Purchased my Honda rancher 420 4x4 from kings bay Honda. They didn't have what I wanted in stock but had it the next day. I highly recommend kings bay Honda for all your off-roading needs. Great customer service and excellent service dept.
