Thank you so very much !! My granddaughter Olivia is enjoying her beautiful all purple bouquet and a big balloon with the number 4 in it. I will forsure be using this flower shop in the future.
Flowers did not come out how they were promoted. Yes, it does state subject to change but it was nowhere near what we ordered. I called and they refunded half of what was paid. The lilies started to wilt the following day. You’re better off making your own bouquet with flowers you pick at Publix for a fraction of the price.

I experienced wonderful customer service here. After explaining I had bought flowers from a "big box store" only to get home and see the poor quality of them. She listened to exactly what I needed and explained what my options were. Truly the best part of my day! Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
