PLEASE Under NO circumstance bring your car here. I brought in my Yukon to get the transmission worked on. Daniel didn't do any of the work and brought my Yukon to a different shop 40 miles away without telling me and without my permission. He will ask for half the cost up front. He will never communicate once your car is under his control. That should have been the first red flag. Regular auto shops don't ask for half upfront. Today, I had a tire go flat on me. I wound up walking down the road to a gas station to find that the air machine didnt work so I called Kings Automotive and Daniel answered. He was friendly and allowed me to bring my donut tire by so they can have a look at it. They aired me up and I was on my way. As I was walking back to my car, maybe a mile away, someone called to me and recognized me as the person just at the auto shop. I have never experienced customer service so wonderful. I will be forever a loyal customer and will recommend them to anyone. They were honest and helpful and really sweet. Such a great family run business. Thank you guys so much!
Amazing experience. Brought it in at noon on a Wednesday and it was done by 8pm and 30% less than everyone else Was able to get back on the road to colorado immediately. Daniel and the guys are lifesavers. Will use again any day.
Horrible experience, paid 2 grand for no fix, overfilled my trans fluid so now it’s leaking, tried to tell me I needed a transmission rebuild when that was definitely not the case
