The worst buying experience ever, if I could give zero stars , I would . Car wasn’t ready until after a month , managed to get a rental and it seemed like they were doing me a favour by giving me a rental. No spare tire or jack in the car , when I asked , it still seemed like they were doing me a favour . I understand I financed the car but I still paid money , almost unbelievable . My business with Kings Auto world was an expedient and great experience, to say the least! I didn't have a super long wait, nor any real hassle...was a rather smooth transaction! As soon as I walked on the lot, I was approached by Randy in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. I was taken seriously as a buyer, yet I wasn't pressured. I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano and rather it be a dream to drive, it turns out to be a nightmare. I know Nissan to be a very decent brand, but Kings Auto certainly took me for a ride. I never had the oil changed from Kings Auto, plus a dead mouse in the air filter, all 4 tires were warped, and yet this vehicle still passed inspection.
