Mr. James King and his people were very nice and no pressure sales, gave us privacy while checking out cars and were able to make a deal and car prices were fair and I like the car we got from them. Thank you James and your staff!
Bearly a month ago I bought a 2009 jeep Patriot about a week after having it found out struts are bad brakes are going out check engine light is on this car has done nothing but go down hill sense I've had it. I ask them for help fixing it and I get I'll call you back are they don't fix them part's. I told them I'd buy the parts if they could just put them on for me no they would have to charge me to do it if the owner lets them even do the work. Have nothing good to say about this dealership :-(
I am a disabled veteran and I bought a 2012 Chevy Avalanche truck from Kings Auto paid over $14K for this vehicle only to later find out it had a bonded title due to a millage discrepancy turns out that the 145K + mileage was not even close the odometer had been rolled back by 350K+ miles. I am telling everyone don't just walk away from this dealership RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!
A few years ago back we bought a nissan Altima second day we had transmission went out they fixed it no problem we were happy paid car off early no problems!!! Fast forward last year my son got his license I put over 2k down on a ford focus motor blew in two months he has reached out I reached out to them for over a year try to get help or something or negotiate a payoff on it but they always say I’ll call you back !!!!
