It's unfortunate that a business is more about ripping people off than customer service. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! I've worked with customers for many years and if you want repeat business you should treat them in a way that represents that. I contacted UHAUL and filed a complaint and they issued me a refund for the overcharged amount. I should have NEVER had to go that far. But for you Kings Auto Sales 2, I hope it was worth losing a future customer!!
Do not do business with this company. They care more about the money than the customer. We were overcharged when renting a uHaul truck. We replaced the gas prior to returning the truck, but were still charged a re-fill charge by the company. They said we did not. We have the receipt to prove it. Plus they have poor communication and training of their employees. The lady who started the contract with us said as long as put gas back on needle would be fine. We did, but the guy who handled the contract upon return said differen... read more
