Extremely poor service. The receptionist, if you can call her that, is simply the rudest person I've dealt with in years. She answers the phone with "King's". Really? What about, "Hi", "Hello", "How are you doing"??? She acts as if she's the busiest person on earth. Don't you dare ask her a question either. That's a big "no, no" with her. She seems to hate life.
