I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The team installed a new HVAC system, a tankless water heater and added insulation in the attic flawlessly for me. Great job! The technician arrived right on time, he took good care of inspecting my equipment and now I have the peace of mind that all is well with my AC. They will come back in the fall to inspect the heating system. The price I paid included the two inspections.
So, the work is fine. Their people are friendly. The quality is okay. Rating kings air has been a chore in itself, because on one hand their customer service is nice and professional, all the technicians and contractors have been great, and I would love to give them five stars for people alone. However, this is air conditioning in El Paso and not a social club. When you pay several grand for central cooling, you want it to last, and more than a few years.
