Very dishonest and unprofessional! I dropped off my car in the morning after being told they’d diagnose the issue and call me with a quote before doing any work. I never got a call, so I followed up around 5 PM. After some delay, they finally called back to say the issue was a disconnected sensor – no parts needed, just a wire reconnected. To my surprise, they had already completed the work without my approval and charged me $375 for three hours of labor, $37 for an inspection, $20 for gas, plus tax – a total of $466.
