Appointments scheduled 12 months out. One week prior received a called had to reschedule for the following month. One week prior another call had to reschedule again following month. Now three times I received the same call. Virtual appoint or No appointment! Told there is No actual provider! Thats all good for healthy people some of us need to see and talk to a person in person! Very unhappy with Kingman VA!
