I was hoping to leave a positive review about how professional this office was. Sadly I'm unable to do that since the front office staff never followed through with what they said they would do. Went in Wednesday Sept. 16th, 2026 to ask if they could run specific testing. They said I would need a referral. Understood, I'll get that done IF they were able to perform the testing. Such a great Doctor and all the staff here, i think it was Dr. Shwartz?? What wonderful Doctor!! I highly recommend Kingman Urology Thank you for making this a pleasant experience! I certainly dont understand the people making these aweful reviews!! We had no problem making an appt. We got a call back the same day and an appt within 7 days. The young man and the young woman at the front desk went over and above with thier kindness n professionalism!! Thank you all so so much
The nicest gal who checked me in! But the nurse or whatever her title was she was the WORSE PERSON EVER! Not any compassion or empathy or respect towards me at all!! She had a mean smile on her face as she talked to me. She thought I was drug seeking. Horrible horrible visit. Wanted some answers but came away with tears and what a waste of my time
Good luck with making an appointment, the lady that answers the phone requires that I take time off of work to come in and fill out the new patient packet before she will even consider making an appointment, in fact, she wouldn't give me an answer on if she would even make an appointment after I filled out the paperwork, she said maybe.
