The nicest gal who checked me in! But the nurse or whatever her title was she was the WORSE PERSON EVER! Not any compassion or empathy or respect towards me at all!! She had a mean smile on her face as she talked to me. She thought I was drug seeking. Horrible horrible visit. Wanted some answers but came away with tears and what a waste of my time
Good luck with making an appointment, the lady that answers the phone requires that I take time off of work to come in and fill out the new patient packet before she will even consider making an appointment, in fact, she wouldn't give me an answer on if she would even make an appointment after I filled out the paperwork, she said maybe. I have a referral from my primary, most professional doctors offices try to accommodate a patient with a referral, they also know about and use modern day technology like email, or even the p... read more

I do have to say my experience so far with this place has not been very pleasant. I called to make an appointment but was told I needed a referral witch my insurance doesn't need. Then was told there is a waiting list of 200 people. The only way I got in was i had an emergency trip to the hospital. When I went in and was asked about the previous biopsies I told him what they were. Doctor got irritated. Then they ask me what lab I used and sent the order to them did not give me a copy and made no appointment. I go to doctor Z... read more
Everyone in office was very attentive and caring. The new nurse practitioner is wonderful. Really knew her stuff. Highly recommend this office.
