Everyone in office was very attentive and caring. The new nurse practitioner is wonderful. Really knew her stuff. Highly recommend this office.
Don't waste your time.. The receptionist was so rude...I had test done my doctor ordered, and gave me a referral, and the guy basically told me to bad..that my test wasn't the right one for them, to just go back to my doctor and have her give me the results.. I am so sick of the way these receptionist treat people around here..The doctors maybe alright, however don't know because the receptionist are so damn rude to people, they have been sitting on my referral for 3 weeks.., just to find out , they will not see me..they are... read more
Wow, years of bad reviews. Not even going to bother trying to get an appointment.
Told once it takes 48-72hours before booking for a referral call 48 hours later now being told to call back in a week. Everyone in an office should be on the same page with the same information. Not impressed thus far. Update Doctor is worth the wait very impressed (drew me a picture of my situation for me to better understand) however beware the CT scans done in Kingman... they are a hospital entity and charge 2 ways (for one non contrast ct scan the bill was 11 insurance paid 7 and I was left with 4100 bill. )
