3 stars because they seem to do a good job. Im the one that fails. I am unable to manage my care and really struggle to want to keep living. Im gonna ask about eugenics, theres no point in me drowning in beuracracy. Its not a perfect system. Not everyone is gonna get what they need. Why struggle?
