I have to say this is the most unhelpful group of salespeople I have come across. Sandra and her boss refused to help us out while trying to purchase a new Honda CRV. We had a check secured and ready for wiring, willing to fax a signed official paper saying we would pick up vehicle Monday (with copies of our licenses) and they refused to help us. Due to work circumstances I was not able to make it to store to sign papers in person.
Sandra was great to work with. They do the stereotype of a boss in the back needing to ok the numbers,but I guess they all do. As good a car buying experience as you could have. Would recommend and shop there again.
Excellent small town dealer, with many long term employees. I have purchased numerous vehicles from these folks, and it is always a pleasure to do business with them. If you want a top notch dealership that always exceeds expectations in the sales, service, and parts departments this IS the place to shop!
Went in to get a new vehicle and they were "trying" to work some numbers, and it had gotten busy so they claimed they would call me and let me know if they could get me into a cat I had already chosen or not. Well I never got a call and am very frustrated with the way I was brushed off so easily. Will not be going back ever again.
Well this salesman called me on 5/9 which was quite pleasant but never called.me back with an quote on the car.
