Went in to look for a newer used car, the sales lady showed us a 2014 Cadillac SRX, really liked the car so we set down to deal on the car. After a while she had to go see another customer and a young man came over. We argued price for quite a while and after 3-4 hours we made a deal. I had told the salesman that I wanted a tank of gas as my trade in was just filled up. When we came to pick up the car it only had 1/8 tank of gas. Sandra was so informative about each of the vehicles that I test drove. Each of them having different driving techniques. Complete details. Decided on the CRV . Programed our phones to the car. Went over the aspects of the instrument panel before we drove it off the lot. If anyone is interested stop in and ask for Sandra the only sales lady and give her my name Juanita Castelluccio as a referral. Sandra is a top notch sales person no hassle. Without a doubt the best car dealership experience I have ever had. Our car broke down on the way to California and Dillan went above and beyond to help us get our car fixed and save our trip. He treated us with respect , clarity, and honesty. He recommended a hotel for us and even gave us a shuttle ride to dinner. He communicated about the cost and labor of the part and everything worked out well. Again, I recommend kingman honda and specifically Dillan for your needs. You will not be dissapointed.
