I had a great experience with Dr. Braze. I was called on a Monday for scheduling and was seen that same Thursday. I needed a tonsillectomy and had surgery set up and scheduled within 2 weeks of very first appointment. All of the staff was super friendly and informative. I'm currently recovering but would definitely recommend them.
Dr. Braze took her time with us, is very knowledgeable and has an exceptional memory. She treated my little girl with kindness and explained how her surgery would go ahead of time and the day of. Her staff is friendly and thorough. They truly care about their patients!
After having issues with my ears, I got a referral from my PCP and was scheduled immediately by Dr. Braze's office. Dr. Braze and her staff are very professional. My diagnosis and treatment were explained precisely and extensively. The best thing is that I am no longer in pain. See you soon for my follow-up....mask on.
I called the office to get things checked for a suspected deviated septum that caused snoring. The receptionist asked me to repeat it 3 times, then said " I don't think we help with snoring.." I hung up. Never saw the dr, but if she is dumb enough to have someone like that answering the phone, then she is probably someone to avoid.
Always treats me with respect, she gets things done and is very compassionate. Her office is always smiling and work hard to get what you need done. It has taken me years to find a good ENT. I am glad she is so close to my home.
