Had I gone to Anderson FORD for service first I would not have anything to do with any Anderson dealerships after the poor work, poor service and unfair and ridiculous charges on my Ford. Glad I went to Chevrolet for service first. Steven and James were a great help in diagnosing and repairing problems with both my Corvette and pickup. Thank you. Stephen and Jim were absolutely amazing! I recently bought a Chevy for my son from another local dealer, and there were a few things that needed to be fixed right away. Even though it was a Saturday and they didn’t have a full team available, they went above and beyond to complete the necessary repairs. Stephen was especially accommodating with our schedule — since my son lives in Lake Havasu City and is only available on Saturdays, this flexibility meant a lot to us. I am very frustrated with my recent service experience. When I picked up my vehicle, the headlights were out and the check engine light was on—yet none of this was brought to my attention. The only response I received from the service writer was that I could reschedule. I do not understand why I would need to reschedule for issues that should have been addressed or at the very least communicated to me during the initial visit. I recently received some of the best service the world has to offer. The service team at Anderson Chevy were met with the task of the month. I had to take them a 2019 Chevy Silverado 4500 limousine, yes you read that correctly limousine. I work for a limo company out of Fairfield Oh and I was picking up and transporting our newest limo, well I made it just outside of Kingman Arizona and the limo shutdown on me.
