Amazing service, my car had a check engine light, i was near Anderson and asked if they could take a look, they immediately approached it and found the issue… the coolant was low, they filled it and sent me on my way. Will definitely come back, highly recommended!
Great group of young men
I bought a truck there and traded my truck this chevy dealer has been nothing but incompetent since I took possession of it first off they gave me a vehicle on empty and the vehicle I traded was over half full then they only gave me one FOB which I had to call them on and now once again I have to go down to the dealership take time out of my day to accommodate them, when I should have been given the extra fob when I bought the truck so no one checks to make sure that they are doing what they are suppose to be doing so who is... read more
Had I gone to Anderson FORD for service first I would not have anything to do with any Anderson dealerships after the poor work, poor service and unfair and ridiculous charges on my Ford. Glad I went to Chevrolet for service first. Steven and James were a great help in diagnosing and repairing problems with both my Corvette and pickup. Thank you. By the way..., for service now on the Ford I go to a Ford dealer in Havasu that’s not related to Anderson
