I'm new to Arizona and I went there to have a set of white tip nails put on with one design on each reading finger. Gave the dude a picture of a paw print. What he put on my hand was atrocious. If he didn't know how to draw paw print dude, you should have told me from the get-go. First off when he went to take off my nails he used one of the other nails to try to slip it under and pop it off. He destroyed the bed of my pinky finger to where it was bleeding and I told him you're not going to do that again. And what does he do... read more

It is a shame that prices go up and service goes down. I miss "back when". No one gives a good foot and lower leg massage anymore. With that said... They have a fantastic choice of colors. They are always ready for a walk-in (no appt). I've always liked the end product. The staff is always polite. 7/9/25 went in for pedi today, always seated quickly. STOP. Don't waste your money. What a joke. Wasn't in the chair 15 mins. Terrible place. Pay the extra $and get a descent pedi. I went home and had to redo the polish. There wasn't a 0 on the ratings but obviously not happy.
I paid$100 for two pedicures the nail polish is supposed to be in gel the second day of me having my feet done the nail polish is coming off my big toe was Doug so bad that it was bleeding I'll never go there again
