Worst experience ever! Brought my 81 year old mom for some much needed pampering. Made my big toe bleed cutting the corner of the nail. Told me they could not cut my pinky nail because it was too thick, but I’ve had it cut shorter by others and can cut it myself also. They were rude to my mom.
