Those of you that know me, know I'm super particular about my vehicles. Normally I do all my own cleaning and detailing. But this year, I didn't get my Silverado done before it was tucked away for the winter. It became too cold and my pressure washer had to be put away to avoid freezing. They were awsome. My SUV looked great when it left. Will go back regularly.
Very disappointed as a 1st time customer. Truck looks clean but way over priced and customer service was awful. They also cheated me out of $2.90 because their high tech computer system they don't know how to use wouldn't figure out for them how to give back the taxes that I was not suppose to pay. When I asked if I could get something for all my wasted time the clerk said she would talk to manager and get back to me...I'm still waiting!
I would also give 6 stars if I could!!! Excellent work Excellent Customer Service, Kind employees, and FANTASTIC PRICES!!! Please remember to tip as much that will fit into your budget, these folks do a GREAT job with a smile on their faces. HOORAY FOR YA'll !!!!!
Kingly handwash and was got so much good customer service y can't they pay they workers right and great them with a some respect I message Julius and he not even message me back they don't even know how u get paid. And Mark the so called manager he just make himself look good when Julius is there they don't train u properly when i was downtown I learned more downtown than i did on south ave. And not to mention if u get fired they mail ur check to ur house why u mailing my check when i never mailed my services so Im just sayi... read more
The only thing better than the customer service was the work! I had an interior detail done, and it literally looked brand new!
5 stars only because I can't give them 6. Incredible service all the way around!!!!
