This place sucks. I was expecting that my daughter will get her medical intervention but it didn't take place. My wife was told that they can accomodate our daughter for their service and we went their on our appointment with the Psychiatrist but unfortunately the Psychiatrist told me that they didn't have the kind of service to help my daughter. Very disappointing experience I was referred to Kinghaven Counseling by my son’s pediatrician after his school requested an ADHD evaluation. Although I was hesitant due to negative reviews, I decided to proceed because my priority was my son’s health and well-being. From the beginning, the experience was uncomfortable. Was going to take my daughter here despite the reviews. But whoever is in charge of answering the phones needs to do a better job. The guy who has the accent is rude and doesn’t know how to probably greet people. Did I mention he hung up on me after asking to speak with someone in the office. After calling back and asking why he hung up on me he sent me to someone else who’s also rude and doesn’t even know why I was calling.
