Update: No one contacted me that they no longer take my insurance and they had switched me to cash pay. I found out by accident - almost showed up to an appointment to be charged $200! Back to trying to find a doctor fast since my medication is almost out. They should have let me know weeks ago that I no longer had coverage so I wouldn't run out of my meds before I found out!!!! ---- I've been with Kinghaven for several months now. This place is awful. Two weeks I had an appt and I’m still trying to get my RX called in. It’s like a clinic and you get transferred to different depts and no continuity of care. Worst experience ever in 24 years with this group. I’m going to call my insurance and appeal my visit because they haven’t followed through to treat me yet billed my insurance for the visit plus thousands of dollars in testing when I already had a diagnosis and they didn’t want my medical records transferred from the city I moved from
If I could give no stars I would. Now, I’ve been with kinghaven for a few years and honestly, they have ALWAYS been HORRIBLE. So shame on me for not going somewhere else, but I think I try to hold onto hope that they will one day get better, but no. I was called at 11am for a 11:30am appt saying the doctor is early, but it is now 12:30 and the doctor still hasn’t joined. I hate leaving a bad review for a business, but it's necessary, given my long-standing relationship with this particular one. Given the sensitive nature of their work, they should take the time to reflect on the seriousness of this review. I don't want to be 100% negative and plan to evaluate their services fairly. Have come here for 3 visits and they don’t say anything then 2 days before my forth appointment they say that my insurance doesn’t exist and I owe them money. After I told them to contact the customer service number they said that they do actually accept it but I have to pay over $100 for each visit that already happened. This visits occurred since June so I cancel my upcoming appointment and they keep blowing my phone to schedule the appointment. I do not recommend this place at all.
