Beware!! If you care anything about the children in your care, please don’t waste your time with Kinghaven. This place is a joke. I hate I even dialled the number to book an appointment. What a waste of time and effort. Unprofessional, incompetent staff.
Worst place ever. They told me my results will be in in 2 weeks it’s been over a month and they’ve ghosted me. I’ve tried calling them and they said they will get back to me. And before they respond with “call this number” I have and they NEVER ANSWER!!
Answering lady hung up on me. She was not speaking clearly and had and attitude when I asked her to spell a couple words that she said. I hope you realize what an effect this has on people who require mental health assistance.

Please do not waste your time with this place. Your appointments NEVER start on time! Always 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. They lie to you about calling in prescriptions. You have to call and remind them multiple times. The staff doesn’t care if you go without medication. Please find a more professional office to work with.
