Do not go here they are unprofessional and I will be taking my children elsewhere! They do not answer the phone EVER!!! Horrible with sending prescriptions after appointments, won’t answer the phone for the pharmacy. The receptionist refused to give me his name so I could notate who I spoke with and hung up on my face.
Every one at Kinghaven was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely continue to use them and refer my friends.
I would give no stars if possible. They never answer the phone and I never have an idea on when my appointments because they never TELL me.
If you are interested in telehealth, do not do kingshaven. They wont do your appointments like they say they do. They will mess up your meds and juggle with your mental health like it's a circus. I will be finding a new doctor after today
Sad place don't ever send your family here they want answer the phone know your calling to get your family meds so they end up back ok the hospital the care is not there they want to keep our ppl in this cycle so they keep billing the insurance don't bring your ppl here do not.
