I’ve bought and sold multiple properties and never had a single issue with any purchase/sale apart from this place. This place, apart from receptionist, had the worst agents I’ve dealt with. The simplest requests like proof that the place is under contract is insured (required by bank), asking how much council/water rates are I was met with an attitude of we can easily sell to other people as there’s lots of interest in this place.
