Leisa, Dot and the team at Kingfisher are all fantastic. Incredibly easy to deal with and always professional and prompt to respond and take action. Maintenance requests are always swiftly resolved. The best real estate agency I have had dealings with.
I’ve bought and sold multiple properties and never had a single issue with any purchase/sale apart from this place. This place, apart from receptionist, had the worst agents I’ve dealt with. The simplest requests like proof that the place is under contract is insured (required by bank), asking how much council/water rates are I was met with an attitude of we can easily sell to other people as there’s lots of interest in this place.
