Dot Mikschi is an amazing lady to deal with! If I could give 6 stars I would! She is very easy to deal with and is very attentive and prompt with providing amazing service! Best property manager to deal with!
Using Dot Mikschi to manage my property was the biggest mistake of my life. She didn’t do any background checks on the tenants, they paid the bond, 2 weeks rent and that was it. Nothing else. It took another 3 months to get them out with assistance from Police. They trashed my beautiful house, stole all my possessions and then she had the hide to take out 4 weeks worth of commissions from the bond. Only after I complained did I get that back.
