Kingfisher House Buyers is marvelous! I was no longer able to take care of my house or yard and really needed to downsize. Shawn came, evaluated my home, and made me a fair offer. I highly recommend kingfisher home buyers. We had been looking for a couple of months contacting different buyers but none of them felt right. Shawn was so great to work with! She came to our house, took a good look around, and sat down to talk it over with us. She gave us a written offer on the spot! Cynthia at her office kept in touch with us during the 2 months between that day and closing. We were SO happy not to have to have to hire someone to haul away the unwanted furniture, tear up the rugs, redo the bathrooms and kitchen, etc. Highly recommend the Kingfisher team!
