First, let me just say my experience with Kingfisher was outstanding, excellent, ALL the words that can be used to describe how easily everything came together to close with them. I've had the chance to get to know Paul through a group of fellow real estate professionals, and he's someone I recommend without hesitation. He's sharp, honest, and genuinely committed to doing right by the people he works with — exactly what you want when you're selling a home. If you're looking for a trustworthy cash buyer who'll treat you fairly and keep the whole process straightforward, Paul and the team at Kingfisher House Buyers are who you want to call

We were brought in to help with a very challenging situation involving a hoarding client who needed packing, sorting, removal and a full service moving job. Throughout the entire process Shawn Clifton from Kingfisher House Buyers was professional, responsive and easy to work with. She was present with the client helping reinforce a calm and supportive environment and making sure the client felt confident about the process. Projects like this can... read more
