I went to get my MacBook fixed last year and was told that something was wrong with the motherboard so it needed to be replaced. I spent over £400 getting it fixed and had a lot of back and forth with the employees where suddenly other things were broken and were costing more than they originally agreed. A year later my Macbook won’t update to the latest version and I’m no longer able to use it. I recently had a great experience with this wonderful PC repair shop. They fixed my kids' computer at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. What stood out the most was how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the whole process. They even lent us a spare computer so my kids could still play their games while our computer was being repaired. Their communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way.
