I just spent $40 for drinks at the bar in Kingfish Grill. A person next to me was eating a cool looking appetizer. I tried to order it and was told it was only available for happy hour. Oh by the way happy hour was in 32 minutes...what? I then spoke to the manager about the issue. He was worse than my server. No help at all. I can not imagine a restaurant refusing business. Makes no sense.
High class yacht club grill with low class service
Terrible customer service. At the bar and see a delicious loaded pork skin...they tell me I can’t order till 3, EVEN THOUGH I SEE SOMEONE EAGING IT. I don’t know why I keep spending money here,service is just bad.... shame. I asked to speak with Management and that was an even worse experience! Turns out the person eating this happy hour only meal was an employee...so you could have made another order you’re choosing to have terrible customer service.
