There were issues from Day 1. They sent emails to wrong address and never corrected it despite me alerting 3 different people. If they returned my calls (big, big IF), it was always at end of business day when banks were about to close. Our money was (is) tied up in an escrow account for a month without them doing anything about it, despite us sending required documentation on more than one occasion. They did miss a detail in the closing of my house where ai would receive additional escrow funds. My realitor contacted them and they did rectify the issue.
