If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appt. on Friday evening with Nancy (which by the way-I called and talked to her and she told me to come in on Friday evening). When I came in-she asked me what I was there for and I told her my nails. She said “I don’t think I have time for you tonight. I said, “Wait-you were the one that told me to come in”.
