Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff, no "hard sell", patience with questions. Not only do they service new, computerized machines, but also older, mechanical machines (and vacuums!). If the price for repair is high, they let you know. I have been coming here for a number of years and have yet to be disappointed. As well, this is a local business, not a chain, and I believe in supporting excellent local businesses.
Purchased a Sewing machine and they all were very accommodating.
