****WARNING****. Do not use Phyllis Davis of Kingdom Realty as your realtor. She owns the company and she is a horrible business person. We were referred to her and she is horrible. She is crazy!!! Her attitude is really really really bad! Be careful when dealing with her. She seems like to take everyone, everyone as her competitor instead of customer. She is yelling not talking. How could she do service business with an angry face???
