Great service and communication! Worked well with us and got us approved in under 2 days. Liz who showed us the property was very nice and informative and Kristen has been so helpful on all of our post move in questions. Highly recommend!
My family and I recently moved in to a home with benchmark property management, the team was great to work with! They showed us several different houses, and were able to work with us on getting a home we love and is perfect for our family. Overall, the staff is quite pleasant and always willing to help!
We moved in exactly a week ago. We had a few hiccups with the house on move in, and Kristin and the Benchmark team jumped immediately on it. They were excellent in their communication, brought in the right people at the right time, and were able to resolve our issues quickly. We are so thankful to the Benchmark team and their network for helping us to settle into this home.

I applied to a place of theirs on the 19th of May after viewing the property the same day. The previous renters were still moving out so the property needing some sprucing up but I still really liked the place. My family and I applied the same day. Here we are over 3 weeks later no word. No call no text no email. Just took my $160 in application fees and nothing.
