Kristen took time to answer many questions for me prior to applying for a property. Throughout the move in process, she was amazing with communication and gave clear instructions. The ability to text when I had a random question was a huge help during a hectic life. A welcome packet with all my essentials was available for me on move in day. **Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Property Management** I would strongly caution anyone considering renting a property managed by Benchmark Property Management in Hayden, Idaho. Our experience was extremely frustrating from the beginning and became significantly worse when we moved out. When we moved into the property in August 2024, the house was not properly cleaned.
