This group is simply exceptionally! As a property owner, we tried to manage our first tenant, which was a disaster. We brought on BPM and they didn’t disappoint. The absolute WORRSSSTTT!!! If you’re contemplating renting a duplex on Cherry Ave in Post Falls, DON’T!! It’s riddled with mice and all they ever do is put a bandaid on it - or try and evade responsibility all together until I brought up what the law says. I was 8 months pregnant living here and that says a lot. One time I got a bill that I was confused about (it ended up being correct), but I called to inquire about it and a female was SO RUDE to me, to the point where I had to hang up and she texted me hours later to apolo... read more

Good people to deal with. Kristen is a kind and understanding person. I highly recommend renting their properties. I would give 5 stars, but believe there is always room for improvement.
