Great job and very accommodating! The staff is very friendly and answers in a timely manner.
I applied to a place of theirs on the 19th of May after viewing the property the same day. The previous renters were still moving out so the property needing some sprucing up but I still really liked the place. My family and I applied the same day. Here we are over 3 weeks later no word. No call no text no email. Just took my $160 in application fees and nothing. Benchmark Property is by far the most professional and friendly group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve had a lease on one of their properties for five years And I would not go anywhere else.
really good costumer service they answered all of our questions before or move in date and we were even able to contact them after office hours
Very nice people and responsive. The house was immaculate, it looked and smelled professionally cleaned and or remodeled when we moved in.
