really good costumer service they answered all of our questions before or move in date and we were even able to contact them after office hours
Very nice people and responsive. The house was immaculate, it looked and smelled professionally cleaned and or remodeled when we moved in.

The absolute WORRSSSTTT!!! If you’re contemplating renting a duplex on Cherry Ave in Post Falls, DON’T!! It’s riddled with mice and all they ever do is put a bandaid on it - or try and evade responsibility all together until I brought up what the law says. I was 8 months pregnant living here and that says a lot.
