We moved in exactly a week ago. We had a few hiccups with the house on move in, and Kristin and the Benchmark team jumped immediately on it. They were excellent in their communication, brought in the right people at the right time, and were able to resolve our issues quickly. We are so thankful to the Benchmark team and their network for helping us to settle into this home.

I applied to a place of theirs on the 19th of May after viewing the property the same day. The previous renters were still moving out so the property needing some sprucing up but I still really liked the place. My family and I applied the same day. Here we are over 3 weeks later no word. No call no text no email. Just took my $160 in application fees and nothing. I’ve been in the rental market for 10+ years and during that time I’ve had to deal with several different rental agencies. Benchmark Property is by far the most professional and friendly group of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve had a lease on one of their properties for five years And I would not go anywhere else.
really good costumer service they answered all of our questions before or move in date and we were even able to contact them after office hours
