Thank you Kingdom for the 5 star customer service ! Whenever I need help, Steve, Sara and even the owner Ken have taken my calls and fixed any issues I might have . My issues have never been with the booth , I am not very computer savvy ! I have another booth and like it but I Love my Pixie . Very easy to use and the look of it is beautiful . First of all super expensive for what we received. The camera they installed is of very poor quality. The software is not user friendly and the customer service is horrible. Right before you are about to make purchase they treat you really nice after that they can care less. The system freezes a lot and I have have lost 4 events because either the system didn't find the printer or the software crashed. All this in the middle of events. I really wish I would have done better research before we signed the contract and now are ... read more
Its a great booth hardware wise. We haven't had any trouble with maintenance or operation. But if your looking to make money off this, go somewhere else. Paper and Ink can only be purchased through this company and it is SOOO high its nearly impossible to make a profit.
