If no stars was a choice i would select it. Word to the wise. Buying any property under this hoa, come in with a lawyer. Because they are by far the biggest crooks and liars you will ever meet. You've been warned.
This is by far the worse management company that I’ve ever experienced. They do not work for the HOA or for the home owners. They will send complaints letters and fine you at will without any evidence to back up their claims. Always, always question their claims!!! Ask for proof. Most of the time, they can’t provide any. I would like to share my experience with Kingdom Management. I lost my job due to the pandemic so i have to sell my house to pay bills and not get forclosed on. Six days before closing I find out this HOA says i need to paint my house, take down the real estate sign, and re-sod my yard. This has caused my sale to fall through. Now i have to stay in a house i cant afford, which will get forclosed on and still not be able to pay my bills.
