I am frustrated because my landlord will not fix his and now my rental home water heater since June 22, 2020 so we have been without hot water for 2 months. He says because I'm in default on my rent payment. This is Covid 19 time and we need hot water. He said no you can't fix it and I won't fix it either. Have some pity on our situation.
