I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of Kingdom Krafters. Landon did a great job coordinating the conversations between us and the insurance company. He worked well with the adjuster. Their contracted crew did a fantastic job, completed the job on time and cleaned up well each evening. The follow up was consistent with what they told us to expect and they were thorough in making sure we were satisfied with the completed project.
We recently had our roof replaced and had new gutters installed as a result of a recent hail storm. My insurance company was plagued with turnover which stretched out our timeline to get the roof replaced. Landon and the Kingdom Krafters crew worked their tails off in helping us get the claim pushed over the line following up consistently with me, and the insurance company. Working with Kingdom Krafters was so easy. After my roof received hail damage, they immediately responded to my message about scheduling. Not only did I appreciate their honesty regarding the damage, but they were accommodating regarding insurance limitations. I was impressed that they matched the color shingles I wanted. Their customer service went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and made it nearly effortless on my part. I strive to support local businesses, and I would use Kingdom Krafters again!
