Cole is a great guy, always available to go over any details of the process. Brandon managed the roofers and provided numerous pictures throughout the entire process. They started around 6am and all cleanup was completed by noon or so.
So far working with Cole through this company has been a great experience. He has been very helpful helping my navigate through this insurance process. Colten and his crew finished the roof and did a great job. Everyone has been great to work with!
I had the pleasure of working with Oscar and Brandon. As most know, getting insurance to cooperate and getting a job like this completed is a headache. Oscar made every step of this process so easy. I never had to fight insurance, make a call or beg to get information. He was on top of it the whole time. When the crew arrived, Brandon was my quality control manager the day of installation and he kept us in the loop, sent pictures and took care of everything. So pleased and happy with the outcomes thank you both so much!!!
Overall I had a great experience with Kingdom Krafters. Arron, Paul and Brandon and their team has proven what they preached, from the time using them at the free inspection thru the whole process including the adjuster’s inspection. Arron was available if I needed him for any problems with the roof and updated me with any issues prior to the install. My roof looks fantastic. Brandon kept me updated throughout the process and was very easy to work with! The project was completed in half a day. Cole was always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend!
