Worst place EVER. We were looking to buy and all of a sudden Phil stopped responding to my texts and calls. A friend ended up renting from her and it's been one headache after another. The latest fiasco is they had to go out and purchase a refrigerator because the one in the house they are renting went out and Phil is ghosting them. DO NOT use her!

Did some work on a property for a home warranty company that this porperty managment company manages. Spoke with phil Phil several times about the past due invoices for the home owners deductible that was to be paid by the property managment company. She stated a check would be mailed, over 2 years later we still have not been paid. Do not use this company if you are looking for property managment or else you may end up with a lien against your home for their lack of responsibility & lack of professionalism.
