I just called this company, first time ever, she answered said "you, stop calling me, quit" and hung up. Yeah, that's excellent customer service, definitely lost possible business.
Lady picks up the phone, hangs up then picks up and says what then hangs up. Very unprofessional
Mark and Stacy are excellent sales people…. But when it comes to the final product they don’t deliver or stand by their word. Don’t trust them. Can’t get a hold of them or get them to return my calls or emails.
Would have them build our next house. We moved away though.
