I had a great experience with Meritage Homes. I’ve done multiple transactions here, and the process has consistently been smooth and well-organized. A big reason for that is Shirley Lu—she’s knowledgeable, responsive, and makes the entire process easy from start to finish. Communication is clear, timelines are handled well, and there’s always a sense of professionalism throughout. If you’re considering a home with Meritage, I highly recommend asking for Shirley Lu. She truly makes a difference.
