Extremely disappointed with the maintenance and quality of the pool. For over a month now, we’ve visited twice, only to turn right back around because the pool water looked green and unclean. When I asked about it, I was told the pumps needed to be replaced due to sand buildup — yet nothing has changed in weeks. This lack of follow-through is frustrating and reflects poorly on the management.
