Don't be fooled by the rating! Do not take their words, make sure everything spelled out in details on the contract, validate all of the measurements, or they will nickles and dimes you to death. Everything will be a CHANGE ORDERS. A projected 12 mos project didn't finish after 2 years. Contract cost plus more were paid in full after year 1. No real progress made for the entire year 2.
