Kingdom Air installed a new AC unit on my property in 2014. That same year, the AC unit stopped cooling. They came out to my property to check out the equipment and the owner explained that sometimes, units do not come "fully charged" with gas from the factory and that his employees did not check the levels upon installation. They refilled the gas and assured me that the unit was in good condition and that I should not have any other problems. In 2015 I had the same problem.
