Tyler came out today to do my AC tuneup. He went out of his way to explain everything to me, and he was so thorough with cleaning and checking every little thing. I’ve had this contract since way back when you were Bob Graber. It’s been probably 25 years, and Tyler is the hardest worker I’ve had in all of those visits in all of those years!

We do not do reviews or surveys usually, but we had a kingdom air service tech at our house all day and she was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to clean and service everything when she was just here for a repair call. She explained things so we understood exactly what the issue was. She could have left and let us wait until tomorrow for parts but she stayed to make sure the AC was working and even said she'll come back tomorrow to re-check everything.
