My husband had Billy come give an estimate to do repairs on our home awhile back. I did not like his vibe at all- he was very shady and ran his mouth at 100mph talking about himself. KIngCaire carried out a major seven month remodeling project on our large older house (over 100 years old) and did a superb job. Although we had an architect design the project, a number of unforseen challenges came up that were not apparent in the planning stages, such as some significant structural issues behind walls. basement renovation. worked with the owner, Billy, on the design. He offered good advise. Billy and staff work courteous and professional. They were prompt , did an excellent job on the renovation, cleaned up and hauled away all the trash. Excellent work! I would hire them again.
KingCaire Construction did a superb job on our basement renovation and addressed long-standing and recent plumbing/electric issues. Our space feels more welcoming, warm, safe, and overall more inhabitable!
The site won't let me give Kingcaire construction a 6-star rating, but would if I could. We just completed an extensive renovation of our 100-year old home that ultimately involved all 4 floors and are thrilled with the results thanks to Billy and his team's skill, expertise and attention to detail. His team was our first choice from the start and will be for any future projects we may have.
